Terms of sale and licence

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy and use Wayfinder, a Mac app made by VersaMinds BV. They are written to be read. Nothing in them takes away the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Who we are

VersaMinds BV, a private limited company under Belgian law, registered office Petrus Van Bavegemstraat 17, 9200 Dendermonde, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE 0804.360.325. You can reach us at support@versaminds.live for help and refunds, and sales@versaminds.live for orders for a team.

Who sells it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes the payment, sends the invoice, charges and pays the VAT, and handles refunds. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle's buyer terms, which the checkout shows. VersaMinds gives you the licence and supports the app.

Price and delivery

The licence

Wayfinder stays the property of VersaMinds. What you buy is a licence to use it, on these terms:

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

The assistant

Your systems and data

Wayfinder works on the servers, files, storage and clusters you connect it to, as you tell it. Keep backups, check commands before you run them, above all on systems people depend on, and connect only to systems you are allowed to use.

Guarantee

If you are a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity the law gives you for digital content: if Wayfinder does not work as described, tell us, and we put it right or you get your money back. For businesses, Wayfinder is provided as it is, as far as the law allows, without other guarantees.

Liability

Privacy

What we keep about you, and why, is in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for purchases from then on, and post the new version here with a new date. A change never takes away what a licence you already bought gave you.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. Write to us first: we would rather solve it together. If we cannot, disputes with a business go to the enterprise court of Ghent, Dendermonde division. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may go to the courts there; consumers in Belgium can also turn to the Consumer Mediation Service.
